Terms of Service

1. Who we are

sendUnsaid (“we”, “us”) provides a private video message service that lets you record, store, and securely share videos with people you choose. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of every video, image, and note you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, transcode, and transmit your content solely so we can provide the service to you and the recipients you choose.

You confirm that you have the right to record and share the people who appear in your videos, including consent from any other parent or guardian where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative of minors, harassing, or infringing. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the current period and is not pro-rated. Refunds are issued at our discretion for accidental charges within 14 days of the transaction.

6. Termination and data

You can delete your account at any time. On deletion we permanently remove your videos, profiles, and account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep your data safe and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
